Classic ASP - Rich Text Reccomend and Repair

We have a classic .asp web content management system and the main rich text editor for the system is not working any longer. We wish to repair this bug so our users can update their web sites. The rich text editor is used in only two pages in the application.
The system uses a MySQL 5 back end and can be provided as a set of .asp files plus a script / back up of the database.
The cost should include the cost of the rich text format editor and your reccomendations on this will be taken into account.
The scope of this project is very narrow, fix the bug by putting in place a new rich text editor into the site and privide detailed instructions on how to install the new rich text editor component on the server (Windows Server 2003).
