1. need application that allows user to complete an application on-line. should also feature a printable version. prefer database to be MS Access 2. need email autoresponders to notify staff that a new application has come in 3. need report section that allows staff to see the names of all of the applicants and the date on which their application was submitted. Clicking on the name should pull up the application in a printable format.
