I want to provide in-service providers with a facilitators guide to use as a seminar handbook for a train the trainer. My audience will be district level supervisors, mentors, teachers and trainers. Critical requirement: You must write in fluent American English. ***I need one a one week turn-around starting as soon as I select your services. *** I will provide you with: 1. A 10,000 word MSWord document where the text is 95% written "to the paraprofessional" audience. You will provide me with: 1. A 10,000 - 12,000 word document where the language is simply changed to be written "to the trainer of paraprofessionals and teachers" instead of to the paraprofessionals. Essentially, all I need someone to do is change the focus of the document from to the current audience to the Trainer who will be using the book to teach that same audience that the document is currently written for.
