It is also aimed at developing the UAE through providing job opportunities to the locals. The existing problems need to be attended to ensure proper use of their talents in bringing career development like accountancy and general awareness in GDP and Wealth creation to the country. Research Objective • To research the overall Emiratization in the UAE in the banking sector. It will help to mirror on why Emiratis prefer not to work in banks. In this process, other sub-objectives crop up as: 1. To show existing solutions does not work in UAE in banking sector The Emiratis are having inadequate professional banking skills to aid in the smooth running of the sector. This is as a result of the negative perception of not taking it as a career but an exploiting affair since it needs dedication and 100% accuracy. 2. To find out why local people don't like to work in the banking sector. The main reason is that the banking sector requires perfection in decision making. This is due to their operating principles of utmost accuracy for profit generation. 3.
