Academic writers needed for long term collaboration

I need academic writers who have access to libraries/databases for various projects on ongoing basis. Dependability, good error free writing, ability to reference properly is must. Needless to say all work needs to be original, i do not create milestones in the start of the job, milestones are only created when the job is handed over to me and is checked for originality.
