## Deliverables
We are offering a customer service job for our client.
The main obligations of your job are:
-About 50-75 emails per day, including order confirmation emails
-About 10-20 customer support tickets per day
-Make an order list and send it to the factory (About 20-25 orders per day)
-Be available on MSN messenger for customers during your shift. We are flexible on the hours but we prefer someone who can work in a North American time zone. (Eastern Standard Time is best)
- Add tracking online, we have a batch tracking system so all the days tracking can be added in about 15-20 minutes maximum for a competent person.
Valuable Skills:
-Skills in fraud detection with credit cards is a must.
-Skills with customer service is a must.
-Excellent english language skills is a must but English does not need to be your first language.
-Tech savvy, knowledge of using a computer microsoft word, microsoft excel, etc.
About the shift:
The current employees are in Manila and work 6 days a week in 12 hour shifts. However, they are highly inefficient and take hours to do a simple task, we need to fire 1 of our main staff members. We are flexible if you can complete the tasks in a shorter time. Let us know what type of shifts you would like to work.
