Accountant with Inventory management knowledge to provide support for a SAAS product

Looking for a 5 support staff for a SAAS product. This is an ongoing opportunity. Job descritpion is as follows: POSITION: Support Assistant DIVISION: Support Team DIRECT REPORTS: Department Manager Key Job Elements: • Ongoing support of DEAR inventory software as part of DEAR Support team • Document Template customization tasks • Data conversion tasks using CSV file • Ongoing customer email support • User acceptance software testing • Needs to be available during UK & US (PST) timezones Experience, Qualifications & Attributes: • Advanced MS Office skills (MS Word, MS Excel) • Advanced understanding of DEAR platform including basic accounting principles and CSV data formats • Good written and verbal communication skills with varied types of people, including team members, our customers (advisers and clients) and management Key Attributes: • Ability and drive to complete all conversion tasks and documentation within specified timeframes. • Strong customer focus showing empathy, understanding and readiness to get the job done to their satisfaction. Support tickets answered in timely fashion • High level of initiative, accountability, attention to detail and ability to follow process • Ability to quickly learn existing and new functional modules and business processes through self-study. • Ability to work as part of a team and be able to work unsupervised Key Performance Indicators: • All conversion and template customization tasks complete within specified timeframe and well documented. • Strong customer focus showing empathy, understanding and readiness to get the job done to their satisfaction • High level of initiative, accountability, attention to detail and ability to follow process • Ability to quickly learn existing and new functional modules and business processes through self-study. • Support tickets in given working time slots answered
