We need to complete and file our tax returns for companies house. We need it done urgently, within 1 day. We are a very small company with 2 directors,as we are only in startup stage. We would be classified as a micro company. We don't have many expenses. You will need to prepare all the documents that would be required for an annual filing for companies house. According to their website, this includes: A micro-entity must deliver to the registrar for each financial year a copy of a balance sheet drawn up as at the last day of that year, and may also deliver to the registrar— • a copy of the profit and loss account for that year • copy of the directors’ report for that year • an auditor’s report, unless the company is claiming exemption from audit as a small company. Our company will be unaudited, and you will need to help us through this. • any notes to the accounts We are still awaiting our authorisation code. We believe you will need to use WebFiling to complete. How much would this cost? Please advise urgently.

I am an accountant with 15+ years of experience in UK statutory and management accounts. You will need you companies house authentication code to file the abridged accounts (micro entity) with companies house. You will also need your company UTR to file the full accounts under IXBRL format along with the CT600 return to HMRC. I will be able to do this in one day and withing your budget of £50 only if you have these two details. Annual return is outside this ambit as Companies House charges another £13 for the same. It will cost you £13 extra for filing the annual return. Note the accounts will be prepared under Micro entity provisions and not FRS Payment on completion and satisfaction.
