A document is attached that provides high level requirements for the development of a Joomla! CMS component and associated modules. These extensions (component & modules) will be installed on an already existing website that is currently live.
These extensions are to add Events Management, Grant applications, and live updates functionality to the website and also introduce new styling effects. The event management system is to be integrated with a mapping application (e.g. Google Maps); displaying location tags on a world map for each event that is added.
The component needs to be developed for Joomla! CMS version 3.4.x (i.e. the version on which the current website is running).
