Adobe Air - Custom App/Browser Needed

We need a custom 'browser' application created in Adobe Air. Here is how the application would work. We have a team of virtual assistants. We want to provide them an adobe air 'web browser' application that will have all of our accounts preset on a dashboard for them. Our un/pw for these accounts as well as a proxy ip address that the browser should login to each account from will all be set in the admin. When the user clicks on any of the dashboard buttons which would show the account type column and then each of the accounts (account names) that the admin has assigned to that account type. When the user clicks this it logs them in using the proxy assigned ip. They can open many of these accounts all in new 'tabs' of the browser but each one will be signed into our accounts using different (assigned) ip addresses. All of the information about the accounts we list like usernames, pw's etc are stored on a database remotely and this software calls to that db. - Admin - There would be an admin login that allows the admin to do the following things: 0. Create Account Types (simple just for organization and listing in columns on user dashboard of the application) 1. Create New Account - - Input URL - Input Username/Pw - Input custom link - Input ip address to be used (we assign this ip address based on ones we have) - Input Account Name (for showing on the dashboard of users who login) - Assign to an account type 2. Define URLs that can't be visited by any users - input URL's that are blocked out by the browser and users can't visit 3. Define Database Server to use - input database information ( the reason for this is so that we can have different ADMINS using the software. Essentially we could provide it to partners and they can use it in their business. The software itself isn't tied to the info we are showing in it. That's all in our database remotely.) 4. Create usernames and passwords for our users. - Users - 1. Users see a dashboard when they login. The dashboard is laid out with columns for the (account types) and then the (account names) are listed in those columns. 2. When a user clicks on the account name it will then log them into the account using the URL and un/pw AND the proxy ip address the admin has signed to this account. 3. Once logged in (in this tab of the browswer) to this account. The user would see the 'link' displayed somewhere (top or right side) for this account. That way the user knows to use that link when doing anything in this account. 4. The user would be unable to go to any links or sites that we have 'banned' or marked in admin as restricted. We'd love to have this application created in less than a week. It does not have to be PRETTY.....it just needs to be functional. Please advise
