I want to develop an adult site. The site will be a blend of classifieds, chat, polls, dating and anything else that could be considered adult.

I do not want a template from the templatemonster.com. I don't want anything that looks like a template. The site should be easy on the graphics, fast loading and VERY FUNCTIONAL and easy to use.

I see this is more of an ongoing project over time.
