Account Manager

Leo Burnett are currently looking for a freelancer to come and join the Kellogg's team. There is one Kellogg Agency account team responsible for advertising across all of Europe and Middle East. The account team is split between two location bases – London and Paris with Paris handling kids brands and London handling all other brands. Leo Burnett are responsible for the development of all traditional ATL materials. Key responsibilities: Day-to-day running of Masterbrand, Cornflakes & Rice Krispy Squares, to support the Client Service Director and Account Director. Will work alongside and at times be supported by a capable Account Manager. Primary role: Be the central cog in ensuring that all activity is under control, on time and on budget and that you are the point of contact both internally and externally. Confidently make sound contribution to all project discussions, both internally and with Client Liaise with Chicago global team to provide updates on campaign development Confidence to lead smaller creative presentations to mid-weight Ability to co-ordinate the Client’s many agency partners (whether media, digital, experiential, shopper or packaging), to deliver properly integrated solutions for the Client Desired Skills and Experience Strong project management skills – ensuring an ability to marshal resource and keep any creative campaign on time and on budget Be a good judge of creative work Ability to manage clients efficiently, as well as manage internal relationships, and help in the feedback process to creative teams Be competent in a wide range of advertising disciplines, and ensure thinking always takes a 360, integrated, media neutral approach Creates a positive agency/team culture Excellent team player, to ensure that he/she can fit quickly into the Leo Burnett team Really good attention to detail is needed, plus the stamina and patience to work with a large, pan-European, multi-brand client A sense of humour and a ‘can do’ attitude are essential Multi-tasking a must Above all, be super passionate, motivated and enthusiastic
