Animated clip needed - 10-15 seconds

I will Pay no more than $65 for this. I need a 10-15 second clip made. This will be an animated clip that will let the audience know they are about to watch a "video store tour". The clip will be a store displaying from the outside and with a video camera taking footage of "this" store. Then it will display from the inside of the store and then "record" the inside of the store. please let me see your video profile.
