Develop and implement statistical learning prediction model

I am looking for an experianced statistician or algorithms developer for a uniqe job of developing a prediction model of poker players behavior. The canidate should have theoretical knowledge and practical experience in statistics and machine learning. I will supply a database of showdown hands played by different players. The database contains all the information available for the game and different statistics can be extracted from it. The candidate should establishe a model which will be trained to predict the distribution of cards each player is holding based on his behavior and situation he is in. The output of the model should be a vector describing the probability of 169 possible 2 card hands (AA, AK suited, AK off-suit, KK, etc.) The model should be implemented by C++.
