I need a simple customized android app that i will use in a spa to provide customer feedback. The app will need to do two basic things 1. Be able for customers to rate their experience at the spa out of 5 stars 2. Give feedback 3. Solicit referals 4. Create our own surveys 5. Should reflect strong branding throughout App will be used on single tablet inside the spa. Very limited budget for very simple app.
