First of all it is very urgent. i want someone we can develop the app together, so i can learn during the process. i am willing to pay a reasonable fee for it as it is very urgent. need to create an android app which connects to emotiv eeg sensor and displays the readings on the mobile the time frame is short as all i need is to just display the sensors life readings on the mobile i have the documentation for emotiv. please i want someone we will work on it together and i would love to pay either by the hour or through the whole project. but we have to do the whole project together. please do not contact me if you are not qualified as i do not have the luxury of time to waste. please i need someone who can spare the time and is knowlegeable
