Communicator App/Software

We are looking for a person or team to help develop an app for a large company to communicate with their staff and service engineers. The basic functions will be similar to WhatsApp or iMessage but with a few added extras and security features. If you have the knowledge to create an app with the same functions and features as WhatsApp for Windows Desktop/Server & PHONE, Mac OS, iOS and Android then please send me examples of your previous work so we can then discuss the project further.
