Android Developer Coworker / Compañero desarrollador

I need a partner to work online during the hours 5:00 to 14:00 PDT.
Needed Knowledge and skills:
- Use of GPS
- Experience working with bitmaps and efficient management of these
- HTTP
The application must be able to capture photos, giving them a location based on the GPS and send this information to the server. There are also forms and other items that will not be detailed here.
