Android MDM Features

I need help to enhance an existing android app to provide additional management capabilities for the android device itself. This is not a consumer app, its intended for tablets that run in a store.  The app is written in java, and uses an OSGI framework to add-in new functionality. The features I need developed include: * list installed software * list running software * list connected hardware (bluetooth devices and usb devices) * reboot the device * report connection settings (wifi/lan/cellular/bluetooth) We would prefer not require the OS to be rooted.  Please only reply if you have experience implementing mobile device management (MDM) functionality for other applications. Developer must submit code and test results when finished. There is no user interface required.  I will provide coding API specs to write code and return responses.
