Android 2 pages layout

Hi, we want an android app that open a browser on a specific web page. Requirements: 1) A fixed top that show information about the page with a graphic background 2) A fixed bottom with two buttons (same graphic Iphone application) (if you need the graphic please let me know the technical specifications) 3) The 2 botton should open 2 different web page: ex. [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] 4) The application should resize the botton if I changed to landscape mode. Please let me know if not clear.
