Customized Whatsapp auto forward on android

Dear freelancers, We are looking for customized features in whatsapp app on android. We need an auto forward option to any received message to predefined numbers ( device B, device C, device D) only if user for device A added ( heart emoji ) at the end of received msg. For example we can have like timer where it check every 15 mins for emoji heart icon and then start the auto forward option for mags before the emoji icon For example: Deceive A, have installed customized whatsapp app.. next, any msg is sent to device A will be there but will not forwarded to other predefined devices until emoji heart icon is there added manually ( this to make sure that msg is complete) The auto forward should forward anything between starting and ending Emoji heart ( images and texts) We prefer freelancer bidders Freelancer should provide the source code as well as the ready apk This only will be avaliable for our personal use and not for public at all
