Comic Drawing OR Whiteboard video OR Cartoon video

There's a short video that I'd like drawn into a comic or maybe made into a whiteboard video or a cartoon video. Whichever is easiest, really and depending on what kind of software you're using. You will be using the video only for guideline. - The most important thing is that instead of a father, I need a mother - Since it's not made for commercial purposes, I don't need the punchline (i.e. the "ad" part of the add, just the storyline.
