I am able to handle the 2D Flash character animation, work with ease and for the four years I am working these fields. You can go through my portfolio . I have experience in making cartoons and animations and would like to work for you. I would like to know whether you would also require sound in the cartoons. I would take $120 per 5 minutes of animation. So each cartoon will cost you $120 without sound. Thanks.
