Character Animation for Mall Game (Isometric)

We need an experienced animator/graphic designer who can create great isometric art for us. Details please the attached document. *The girl in red is an example, you should follow all the spec there.* You must work fast and deliver high quality result because we need 4 characters within a week. Our budget is $130 per animation. We will also need 100 buildings with upgrade levels for each building. There will be another 50-100 elements that are not shops but should be in the mall (fountains, couches, stage for performances, bathrooms, plants). These will come later if you do a great job. We will not provide sketches. Each character will do something like: 1. Walking 2. Holding a shopping bag (this will appear after they make a purchase) 3. Holding/Playing-with a balloon 4. Eating 5. Using a cosmetics sample Colorful, sharp, fun. Even cartoon-ish will do (you can use more tones of color so that it won't look like traditional 8 bit pixel-art). They need to be CUTE and not necessarily realistic. ## Deliverables Read the attached document.
