I'm a recent graduate from the university of cumbria, I have a BA Hons in digital arts more familiar with game design but have a strong understanding of traditional and digital art so I would use Photoshop to redraw your characters and anything else you need such as the logo. I would ask for the reference take it into Photoshop and use my cintiq drawing tablet to redraw your cartoon characters and from the cartoon characters design your logo around them. hope to hear from you soon :)
