create custom avatar

I am looking for a graphic designer to design 2 new avatars for my site. I would like the look of the avatars to be very similar to sitepal.com. The images all have to be indivdual, (eyes, nose, mounth, eyebrows, clothing, lips, and back drop. The images will need to be able to be resized and recolored. You can see an example at my website: ReadTheWords.com. First, you will have to create a free membership, and then create a reading. ONce you do this, click the play avatar button, and the avatars will come up. You will be creating avatars to replace these. Again, I am going for a look very similar to sitepal.com. The avatars should lok web 2.0. They should be attractive, and be business like. This avatar will go on the front page of my site so it needs to be great.
