From the perspective of various departments or service lines in your healthcare organization, determine which ones are the Stars, the Cash Cows, the question mark, and the Dog. Explain why you categorized them the way you did. Feel free to interview someone at the organization if you wish. Within your paper, provide a clear overview of the organization. Integrate the BCG characteristics with the various departments discussed. How do the various BCG characteristics affect internal and external marketing efforts for the organization? 3 to 5 pages, not including the title page, abstract, references, or appendices. APA format is required. Minimum of 2 supporting research articles is required. DO NOT use a website, blog, or magazine article. Make sure the article is from a scholarly journal. If you need help or are not sure about the article, contact your instructor. What this basically means is that you are going to have to look at a healthcare organization such as a hospital, insurance company, etc., and apply the BCG marketing matrix to answer the questions.
