Our company serves mostly small and midsize business where we provide all IT support as well as new solutions, regardless of type. We included ERP/DMS/CMS/Custom applications and also infrastructure like vmware, microsoft, netapp, HP, Cisco, Avaya, Fortinet, Sophos ... We have to develop a document which will contain all relevant information related to support and maintenance for: - Our product which are ERP/DMS/CMS (some OEM) - Products from our partners like HP, Fortinet etc In this document we will cover our products and also copy information from partner's guides like Fortinet, HP ... We will provide these documents. We are looking to document of 40 to 50 pages which will cover all aspect of support in our organization based on ITIL practices and best practices from industry. We have some materials which can be use as raw model but those will be presented to selected applicant. Interviews will be done over Citrix Gotomeeting as well all other information will be provided with this tool. We are looking for top quality document which will be distributed to our customers.
