I am a University of Technology Sydney graduate with a Master’s degree in Non-Fiction Writing. As that might tell you, I have had the bug for writing for a while; I wrote my first set of SEO articles for a client in 2004. Over the years, I have done academic writing, copywriting jobs, review writing assignments, search engine optimized articles as well as writing press releases and the occasional management blogs.

• Ask questions to clarify the requirements
• Find out about the target audience
• Research the topic
