Design/Copy Existing Media Kit (PDF Example Included)

I'm looking to have a media kit created for my sports based website. I really like this media kit: [[login to view URL]\_Kit\[login to view URL]][1] What I'd like you to do is come close to that style (not an exact copy) but with my information etc. I'll provide all of the stats, text, etc to be included and screenshots of my website. What I'd need done is the design and also adding example advertising campaigns to my screenshots (we don't have the example ones so you'd need to find or make them). Also, everything should be in print quality so we cna print this if wanted, so 300dpi and in CMYK. ## Deliverables This should be completed in a .PDF format and I will also need the raw files (so if you use photoshop, illustrator, InDesisgn, etc I will need those files as well) so that I can edit this and keep it up to date in the future.
