B/W Drawings of individuals being measured around waist, hips & neck

I am developing a program to better describe how to take measurements so you can calculate body fat. Its for the military. They have strict guidelines on exactly how to measure differenet circumference sites for both males and females. These standards need to go army wide so they've provided drawings and full descriptions on what the standards are.

However, in my opinion the drawings are pretty poor and are in poor pixelated quality. I would like to provide better drawings from the same description. There are 5 different sites to measure and I'd like 2 different angles for each site, totaling 10 different drawings.

Neck measurement - male - 2 angles

Abdomen measurement - male - 2 angles

Neck measurement - female - 2 angles

Waist (abs) - female - 2 angles

hips - female - 2 angles

I need someone who can do great characters of people. Hand drawn, but converted over to vector based graphics (illustrator .ai). Only needs to be black and white, no shading.

I've attached a zip with actual pictures of what it looks like (so you know what uniform they'll be in) and the drawings i want to replace

10 Vector based graphics

2 different angles for each of the 5 different measurements

Illustrator format (.ai)

Black & white, no shading

Only need the .ai files sent to me, do not need the hard copies

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
