I would like a design made for a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom (wet room) with a reasonably large open plan living area. As much light as possible via the use of bi-folds or extensive full height windows.
- 150-175 square meters
- 1 master bedroom (double bed)
- 2 smaller bedrooms (1 double, the other can be either single or double dependant on design)
- 1 study
- 1 open plan lounge area with kitchen
