We are looking for a residential architectural drafting team / individual for ongoing long term work. To be considered for this position you must have: • AUSTRALIAN drafting experience (this is essential) • Efficient using ARCHICAD (highly regarded but not essential) • The ability to interpret developers guidelines and DAP's • Fully aware of WA Residential design codes • Other Australian codes are highly regarded • Good english skill The job duties include: • Prepare design/planning approval drawings acceptable for development application lodgement with the Council. • Prepare working drawings for building approval and construction Please note experience in AUSTRALIAN drafting is a must. Please do not bid if you do not have this experience.
