Hello. My name is Jason McDonald. I am an Architectural Technologist from Canada. I have been a technologist for the past 8 years. i am looking at doing more freelance work in my spare time (evenings and weekends). I am familiar with Canadian construction standards and will absolutely follow any national and state building codes for the specific job locations. I do have experience drafting in both metric and imperial. I am a very fast learner so adapting to US construction standards and building/energy codes would be fairly easy. I do have experience working with US product companies (exterior and interior materials such as facades, E.I.F.S., etc.). I produce accurate quality drawings in a timely fashion and will meet or exceed your expectations. I am familiar with working from others sketches and currently am assisting another with shop drawings for their cabinet company. My proficiency with AutoCad stems from using the program for 25 years now. I am currently using AutoCad version 13.
