The objective is to create only a model of a "combo" gear set as illustrated in earlier files such that:
1. The axis of the shaft of the pinion is in the XZ plane.
2. The axis of the shaft of the wheel is in the XY plane.
3. The angle between the shafts is 90 degrees.
4. The teeth exist only on parts of the pinion and wheel, so that the pinion first rotates clockwise 180 degrees without engaging with the wheel, then rotates a further 90 degrees clockwise to cause a 90 degrees counter clockwise turn of the wheel (in their respective planes), and vice versa.
The job would be considered complete when you deliver a 3D model that can be imported in SolidWorks or Pro/E, plus files that can be imported into Illustrator, along with an animation showing the motions described in point 4 above.
