I have floor plans that are on drawn on graph paper. The plans that we have are drawn by hand and we don't have a clean CAD and a PDF of that. I need this converted to CAD & a copy in PDF that we can hand to our potential buyer. We don't need to show all the walls removed with all the technical details. Just a clean floor plan, with room sizes, bathroom details and kitchen etc would suffice.
