Hello, I have worked on a lot of 3D models on google sketch-up. The model I submit shall have proper details as required. As mentioned you need to design some architecture, being an architect I can understand the drawings and details. Also I would like to know the level of model you require, as in the rendering part. Being an architect I have a good understanding for building structure. I shall be studying the drawings before jumping on to the model directly, which shall require your help too incase of any confusion. I will use google sketch-up for the model as i am quite good at it. I would be glad to discuss further details with you.
