Banner Design April 18 2009

Looking for static and flash gif banner designer with rating of 9.75+ and at least 50 projects completed. Providers will be considered only if they fit within these requirements and provide a sample of their work. Multiple projects: 1. Adjust simple flash gif to make it unique & my own version. 2. Create or provide verticle 120 X 600 static professional banners (2 different ones) on making money at home and making money online. Must be free to use with no fees and no copywrite problems.
