BlackBerry conference application phase 1

SEE THE ATTACHED FOR A DETAILED SPECIFICATION I require a Blackberry application which handles groups of contacts for a voice conference call which is hosted on my platform. The application is required to communicate via http requests\responses and also make a voice call from the Blackberry application to a defined phone number (using normal GSM call). I have split this Blackberry mobile conference application into three small separate RAC projects, this is the first RAC project. Ideally I would like to award the same coder for all projects for continuity and a long term relationship. Each project is typically less than 2 weeks in duration and each project will follow after each other with a one week gap.
