Blackberry Sound Button with Bluetooth

Hi.... I would like an App developed for the Blackberry Platform that: 1. Has a home screen with 3 buttons and a custom background image. a. Main button is centered and plays a sound when clicked or touched, displaying an alternate image when the button is in highlight mode. b Smaller second button allows users to connect to any paired Bluetooth Device or Turn Off the Bluetooth Connection. Or, it brings the user to the Bluetooth Settings screen of the Blackberry device, allowing them to use the internal settings screen to do this (similar to Android....). c Smaller third button brings the user to the information screen. 2. Has an information screen that provides basic details about the app, with a link to an external website and a button to get the user back home. The app must be flexible so that it can work on all Blackberry devices, meaning that buttons resize for varying screen sizes. It is fairly simple, with the possible exception of the Bluetooth issue.
