1: search blogs/sites who are interested in getting some free content, you can search by keyword like 'write for us fitness' or use online forum like myblogguest
2: read their instruction page, check what articles they interested in, contact them . Make sure they publish a web link in author bio or inside article. Website must have at least PR1. Backlink must be do follow.
3: write creative, unique and spelling/grammar error free article and send them. You get paid once article accepted. Please note, If one site rejects your article you can ask other sites to publish it, So it means your good work wouldn't get wasted.
