Our project is to create a Platform for Mortgage Brokers to refer their Clients to Bank Representatives. Clients are shopping around for a Mortgage for buying a home. They use Mortgage Brokers to help them select the best Bank Representative who will offer the best mortgage conditions. When a Client do business with a Bank Rep. referred by a Mortgage Broker, the Bank Rep. will pay a commission to the Mortgage Broker. The platform is a 3rd party service that facilitates the referral process, collect the commission paid by the Bank Rep. and share it with the Mortgage Broker.
