This is not just a website is a poker and bingoroom
Need to make Poker and bingosoftware to
we need providers whit capabilities to building an internetportal with a 3-D interface and software whit ours fertures
The objective of the project would be to build from the bottom up an internetportal whit software for bingo, poker to allow users to build their own animated 3-D character
and profile. The user would be allowed to build their profile with
individual options. The user would be allowed to design their own animated
character from a set group of body types, faces, styles etc. This type of
interface would be similar to the one developed for the game SIMS2.
The design of the site would allow the user by way of their animated
character to select different options and chose from a select group of
interactive experiences. The animated character should be able to take on
a persona to meet the different options and interactive experiences
selected by the user. The animated character should be able to select from
a select group of gestures, reactions and the ability to chat.

Show me, what you have and can do to make it the best in it fields.
For low bandwidth the viewer could opt for a very simple cell shaded version (low vector count)
The higher bandwidth viewer would have a more photorealistic or at least to the sims standard version.
Am i correct in thinking it would be an isonometric view as in sims.
Is it simply a portal or are there complex interactions and dialogue boxes?
I'm really keen to do this and would put my full-time energies into it.
