Achitect - floor plans

We want architects for delivering floor-plans for student accomodation, apartment buildings for small apartments and senior care homes (ACLF’s). Measures and instructions will be provided by us, built on specifications for modular construction. We work with a number of basic sizes of the modules for the apartments as well as for stairs/elevator. First phase is floor plans, followed by 3D model with elevation of entire building that can be used for further illustration work in Lumion, Vray, Vue etc. You don’t need to be working with the illustrations, we have other people for that. We primarily want you to do the work just up to the point before the illustration work since we want to be more hands on in that phase. We will have several projects in pipeline the coming months.
