Architectural Drafter (Designer) is required to develop exterior and interior elevations from as-built plans of 1 story (5000 - 10000 sqft), detailed and accurate elevations are required, some heights provided, other has to be calculated or approximated, site plans from google areal views are required as well. 20 projects, turn around of 1-2 day after initial request. Floor and Roof plans, pictures, videos, samples and instructions provided.

Executive Summary:
I have completed drawings for projects exceeding 2 million dollars over the last year. When I am not completing projects for local builders and architectural firms I am actively pursuing additional training through the AIA, LEED and Auto-desk Rev it Architecture.
