We need someone to convert a pencil sketch of a two storey house floor plan into plans for a brochure and website and also photo realistic images of it internally and externally showing appropriate furnishings and finishings. We will provide the pencil sketch of desired floor plan and Sample Photos of desired room styles and finishings for internal and external. You need to be creative to put everything together. Attached is an example only of the quality of rendering required and the basic level of floor plan required. Successful completion will result in us inviting you to develop 10+ further designs and photo realistic renders.
