I have a UAE database for about 1 million. Need somebody to create Newsletters ( I already have some previous html templates which can be used as well ). I need somebody to this on a monthly basis . Frequency can be determined based on senders capacity per day. I don't want my emails to go in spam or my domain getting blacklisted. Somebody who has experience only come back.
