Assist me with Bulk Marketing

Our company the Australian Musculoskeletal network (AMSN) will be holding a conference in Albury NSW in August. [login to view URL] We have purchased a database that has business name and some websites listed but does not have email. This has now become an urgent job as the last freelancer I awarded this project too failed to complete it and even communicate with me. that was my first negative experience of freelancer and I hope I don't have another one. The project will involved has 3 parts. 1. looking up the businesses that have a website listed and obtaining the email adress from the website. 2. Once this task is completed you will then need to google the business names to see if you they have a website and again go looking for the email addresses from their website. 3. If you encounter a contact form and cant find an email listed please copy and paste the attached " contact form " and submit it on their website. please find attached 4 excel databases that have each profession listed. The professions are Chiropractic, Podiatrist, Physiotherapist, Osteopath. Please enter the email addresses in the columns provided just to the right of the website field. I am happy to release a milestone after each database is done. Please do not contact our company in anyway other than through the freelancer messenger system. If this projected can be completed successfully we have lot more work coming up in Australia from our company and we are looking to establish a good long term relationship with a reliable freelancer. We also require a mail chimp friendly version of the databases that has no missing email fields and no doubles.
