Email marketing Guru Freelancer \r\nHi All, \r\nI am working on trying to scale a new staffing firm / brand ([login to view URL]). Initially the focus is on placing software engineers, data scientists and quants in a relatively niche area of the financial industry. The aim is to move into other niche verticals industries in time, but placing the same candidate pool. The market we work in now and any future markets are going to be candidate driven. \r\nThere are a number of challenges to me being successful. One of the most important, is finding the right mass email marketing method / process for engaging on an ongoing basis with these candidates . \r\nI am looking for an email marketing guru who can help me work through this. Someone who has deep successful experience email marketing. Someone who can think outside of the norm and really crack this with me.
