Develop Excel file for ebay file transfer - repost

I have all my inventory on an excel sheet, I need someone to reformat it into an eBay File transfer format. I also need the description to be incorporated with my HTML template generator. The html will be provided, and you would need to be able to insert the information from the excel sheet into the code. For example "SALE PRICE $499" The $499 should be extracted from the excel sheet since different items will have different prices.
As mentioned before the HTML coding is already done, the inventory is on an excel sheet, I just need it all put together in an ebay file transfer format. Should also be easy enough for me to add new items.
